Ben Stokes given 85.7% chance of winning SPOTY following Ashes heroics

After producing one of the biggest performances in the Ashes yesterday england cricketer Ben Stokes is as short as 1/6 to become crowned Sports Personality of the Year 2019.
Those chances mean some bookmakers are implying an 85.7% likelihood Stokes scoops the person accolade in December.
With a whopping 91.7% of stakes available on the market in the past 24 hours, he’s unsurprisingly definitely the most backed.
